I, acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to the terms and waivers applicable to the course selected, as provided on the website and linked above. This includes:

• The participation requirements;
• CANCELLATION and REBOOKING FEES; and
• The $46 processing fee, which will immediately apply to all cancellations, without exception. I understand that I must be certain of my decision to proceed before completing payment.

I also understand that, after signing this document, I will be redirected to the cart to complete payment. If payment is not finalized, my intended registration will be voided. 

IMPORTANT: Except in the case of a gift card purchase, I understand that immediately following confirmation of payment, an email containing online account access and instruction for the Student Registration & Waiver Package will be sent to the student. The Registration & Waiver Package must be completed and submitted immediately to avoid risking the selected dates and applicable fees.

Students who are not of legal age will require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 

If I am not the student, I agree to inform the student of these requirements. I understand

that the school is not responsible if I fail to do so or if any correspondence is directed to or ends up in the student's junk or spam folder.

Lastly, I understand that any and all requests for changes must be submitted in writing by the registered student or, in the case of a minor, by their parent or legal guardian.
